Hola chicos,
Primero, les quiero decir que las personas no son sus comportamientos. Por tal, tampoco puede juzgarse el carácter de una persona a partir de un solo incidente.
La clave para comprender a las personas consiste en comprender sus sistemas maestros, para poder apreciar su forma individual y sistemática de razonamiento. Debemos saber que todos pasamos por un procedimiento para determinar qué significan las cosas. Por consiguiente, debemos tener en cuenta que las personas evalúan lo que está ocurriendo de manera diferente, basándose en su perspectiva.

First, I want to tell you that the people are not their demeanors. Therefore, the character of a person can not be judged from a single incident.
The key to understanding people is to understand their master systems in order to appreciate their individual and systematic form of reasoning. We must know that we all go through a procedure to determine what things mean. Therefore, we must keep in mind that people evaluate what is happening differently, based on their perspective.
